i drove to the gulf of mexico coast on the bike last weekend and stopped in the parking lot of a private beach to call somebody

fookin police officer came up and said, "the sign says parking by permit only. it doesn't say anything about i just stopped to use the phone"

so then he asks to see my license. i took the motorcycle class but have been too lazy to go to the driver's license place to formally get it updated. so the cop tells me to call and have the bike towed because if he catches me riding it i'd be going to jail

then the fucker sat down the street and watched me for like 20 minutes. when he finally went around a corner, i hauled ass in the other direction

didn't even feel like going swimming after that... just rode home

yeah...sounds like he is an asshat. btw, if your kickstand is not down the bike is not parked. (unless its laying on its side). I don't believe he had probable cause to stop you if thats all you did. Might be why he diddnt give you a ticket.

lol no the bike was on its' stand and i was talking on the phone about 50 feet away from it looking at the water
