Requires internet connection of online access but it has a nice campaign career mode which you can play from 1916 to end of 1918, play as French, British or Germany.

Ben, check out some game stores in the mall or something like that. Almost everything we use needs internet connection. They make a lot of fighter games. Use to be a B-17 game that I played but it is no more. In any case, just check out PC games where you find nintendo, playstation, etc. They normally have all of them in one area of the store.

They all work fine on Windows 7, you obviously doing something wrong, unless you need an old emulator for a game that came out on Windows 95 you shouldnt have any problems.

Rise of Flight you can buy in store, only need internet connection for multiplayer and also logging account, but has a great single player campaign, but most pc are "always connected" to the net anyway.

Cliffs of Dover

These games do have a degree of complexity but can fiddle with the difficulty setups, both will have updates which wont take long to download (leave overnight if slow)

What is your internet speed?
