Shit, thats a lot of stuff I put on hold....

1. Sell the plane. (write off the loss)
2. Sell your car, buy a Prius (get the tax credit for the green car)
3. Take the plane $$ and put down on the house (claim the homebuyer tax credit and deduct the interest)
4. File your taxes (with the losses/credits above)
5. Log in and fly DB's until your tax refund arrives in the mail.


See...not that hard.
