There are a lot of changes that are set on the server side.

How long factory repairs
Supply and research delays for damaged factories
CS&R
Scores for bombing factories

Quite a bit that can be on the host (not game client).

Then again, nothing will happen if we do not speak out.

I PERSONALLY talked to doc on this subject and was told that they plan on adjusting RDP with the 1.30 release. Nothing was ever released to say otherwise. DOC is full of BS. I want to try to dig up the rat chat. It may not have been doc but it may have been goupher. Im going to do some investigating because what he said in my post before locking it is un true. I do not base my information from the general playerbase, and he is trying to cover for their slip up. I have a bad case of the red ass now.

I saw the thread and I'm quite confused over his reply, spending most of the afternoon catching up on past patch notes and squad chats, and from what was being discussed seems to make me think that 1.30 was going to see the return of High Alt Bombing.
Maybe thats what we need to do, promote it as High Alt Bombing rather than RDP, we know it means the same thing but least DOC cant use it as saying RDP is only something we do to tweak on the back end.
Have I come back to soon, frustrating!

We decided that we would redesign aspects of this and incorporate that work into the patch release process, rather then fiddle with the levers and dials to change what has already been changed several times, chasing what cannot please everyone to the same degree, and some not at all.

ie: a more considered approach with time spent making sure it's the right approach

IIRC Doc stated that no changes to RDP until they balanced the tiers(1.30) and a new campaign start. I also believe he said that increases in timers would start the next camp after the balance. Remember that any scoring changes RDP/Resupply timers etc, etc are just a set of variables Doc feeds the server. New planes and bug fixes are not the same as having teeth put back in RDP, which is what I am the most interested in. New planes and such can wait till they(CRS) see fit.
