Leaving the Virtual battle, and joining the actual battle

Post by trevor8 »

Well fella's My time playing with yall has been more enjoyable then alot of things. I am currently under orders to deploy with the 39th MP Co. 773rd MP battalion Louisiana Nat. Gaurd. I will be leaving October 3rd for Ft. Dix New Jersey for 3 months of combat training. From there I will be deploying to Baghdad for a year. Our mission is to Train the Iraqi Police Outside of the wire. Basically they have been taught in the class room and now it is time to bring them into the field and put it to practice. I will be at Camp Victory as of right now. All of these orders are subject to change. Im just letting yall know what I know as of now. From what I understand I will have internet access and I hope to get a laptop and maybe play the game from Baghdad. I am a .50 Cal Gunner and I will be doing alot of time on missions/cordon and searches. So my playtime will be limited at best. I just wanted to keep my brothers in the sky updated with my duties here in the real world.

Salute Sir!

Take care of yourself and I'm sure you know the meaning of, 'Stupid Kills'.

I hear a lot of guys over there are gaming online, so get yourself a good laptop and come back and join the fun when you can.

At least you can post an occasional pic for yer ol' squaddies cancha?

Good Luck and watch out for Bad Guys!
