Boot,
We've never had problems understanding euro's. There may be the occasional misunderstanding when slang terms are used but it's never been a real problem. Well, getting ben to understand GMT has been a problem, but we're still working on that.

I think Boot is say'n that the Euro TZ players, play mostly during the US TZ, as for me, I can't change the time I play due to other responsibilities, and the fact that I don't get home from work until 7 pm earliest UK time. So by the time I get ingame its about 10 pm for Boot!
Be real sad to see ya leave Boot

I guess there isn't much we can change to help this situation. I can't remember how long we have bombed together, but after this many years there is a pattern for when we log in.
Like Main4ce, I have to wait till after work and domestic choirs (duty?) - good old fashion house work... Anyway, usually Reddog and Ben come on, and we (main and I) make one or two flights before we are off to bed. This is how it's been for a long time. I think it's OK.
We could have a chart (timetable) - duty list (ref. talks about tour of duty) - call it what you want, where we announced when we would be on. It wouldn’t be a problem (at least not for me-I do this every week already) to plan a week or two ahead, and just plot when we would get in game. That way others (squad+friends) could see when we fly. Of course it would be nice to keep the plan, but if you didn't make - no problemo.
What we also could do is to set up a squad-night, and stick to it. We have tried many times, but it seams to fade after a while.
