New System need to know if I will see good fps

XPS 410, Intel Core 2 Quad Core Processor Q6600 (2.4GHz,1066FSB) with 8MB cache
2GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz
256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT- DDR3

This is the system I am looking at need to know if the system will gice good fps.

New question,

I am not getting the new system I am going to upgrade my old system

Here it is, A AMD 64 x2 4200+ 2.20 gig its a dual core proc
with a nvidia 8800 ultra 760 gigs of ddr ram

I already have 4 gigs of pc 3200

I think that this will improve my fps right?

If I remeber right most cases have peggs or holes for difrent kind of motherboards. Usually it's marked at each hole/pegg inside the case...
