I went to Peru as a missionary in high school... remember being amazaed at the highway structures... seeing how much money we had as compared to driving on rickety roads.
Culture shock will most definitely give you a new perspective if you let it.
Congrats sniper! I'll contact ya through myspace, I'm assuming there's a high possibility you might end up in this area some time or another. Ft. Lewis is a big base and getting bigger as units from other area's get consolidated to here.
