Sure! No problems!
Ok let's see, 8 Turbine engines; $3.5k@
Heavy duty servos, power supplies, flap retracts, pressure tanks, fuel tanks, fuel pumps and associated plumbing, reciever and transmitter units, (don't skimp here! You'll want at least 8 channels with this monster!) landing gear setups, (brakes steering geer, retraction mechanisms, wheels and tyres etc.) don't forget those outrigger wheels!
Ok now, the airframe, if you go with a kit, it's faster but more expensive and there may be airframe flaws that you can't see, not likely but possible.
If you build it yourself, you'll need foam (and the tools to work it) fibreglass and epoxy resins (and all the tools), carbon fibre strip and rod stock, spruce spar stock, sheet balsa, glue, paint, tape....
Let's see what else? Oh yeah, you'll want fuel for this big ugly fat fucker, hmm, well, it's relatively cheap, $24.95 a gallon (as opposed to some of the Nitro Methane compounds! They get expensive!), Oh, your gonna need starter gear for this thing too! More batteries, preheater blowers, refueling gear for those thirsty turbines! (8 one gallon onboard tanks! That's about 15 minutes of flying time btw.)
Okay, let's tot that up shall we?
Mumble, mumble, heck you're spending enough, I could probably do 20% off for friends..
Let's see, how does $32,500 sound?
That's WITH the discount of course. Oh, and no tax for out of state sale.
Will that be cash or charge?
Now, who is gonna build it, who is gonna fly it (not ME that's for damn sure!), and who is gonna give up their garage to store it?
The video was impressive as hell wasn't it?
Man, the guy who did it was pretty impressive, nothing stupid and a very smooth landing. I hope (and expect) that they will film every flight of this monster, because if they fly it, they're gonna crash it eventually
Howdja like to see one of those things unload over Dusseldorf from the ground?

They stated that it cost around $22,000 with the engines being about 1/2 the cost. It has a 22ft wingspan and takes several people to fly it. With that wingspan, I'd have to take the centerpost out of my garage and will have just enough room to put a tool box with it.

I'm guessing it's an old de-commissioned runway, used by gliding clubs, ultralights and the like. There are plenty of ex-ww2 airfields like that around England.
No way would they shut down an active airport for RC stuff, I'm guessing. Too expensive.
Still, it does look pretty well maintained. No weeds, strong linemarking, grass has been cut.
