This is in Edmonton Alberta, about 5 hours west of me (in canada, that is a short drive). I grew up right around Edmonton. This happened on Sunday (July 12, 2004).
Yes, that is a car under water on the Whitemud Freeway. Hail and rain does blow some ass.
Now that is just wrong.
Canada is cool, but mother nature can be a bitch.
