homemade radio

Post by Charlie3 »

i'm sure alot of you have tried this already... and i'm some of you others could care less... but yahoo music has this neat feature that i have been playing with for like a month now

basically you create your own radio station

you start by telling the program what types of music you like and there are a few popular artists that you can put in at the start

the stations sucks for a few days depending on how much you listen

but every bad song they play you tell the program u dont want to hear it again and for the good ones you tell the program hellz yea play it whenever

i spend all day in front of a computer... i've tried internet radio stations, putting video compilations together but so far this is the best i've come across

now i've got it so that i might get one bad song in an hour

you can also share music stations... i could let you listen to mine if you were so inclined

No thanks, I don't want to listen to Barry Manilow.  :P

Seriously, the concept sounds real neat. I may give it a go.

There is an internet radio station that you can tell it the songs you like, then tell it to play songs like that and it trains to your likes very fast. My son use to use his laptop in his bar to have it play music all night. I'll get the name of the URL from him this Friday when he comes back home for his Graduation on Saturday.
