Help!

Ok guys im changingf my paypal accounnt but i cant figure out how to do it innm player services. IThe account wont be in my name and i need to change it, can any1 help?
Best thing I can tell you is to post in the Playschool forums. I had a very difficult time trying to give my liscense for my second account to another person. It did not want to change the credit card I am using for it. I wound up just buying him another liscense instead.
Most stories I've heard about this are not good.
