Found about this on another forum I read of old warbird vets. I only wish I can repair my main gaming PC to try this out again.

Imagine 617 Dambusters flying these online escorted by sopwiths.

I am going to have to wait until my xmas bonus comes through as i need to get a new motherboard as my current one is broken. So while replacing the motherboard with the next generation of Asus Crosshair I will be getting a new cpu, graphics card and memory.
Let us know how she flies, I hear you need a long takeoff if youre fully loaded.

I be interested in your thoughts on how it flies. I am using my back up machine at the moment and new motherboard wont be available until after christmas, will have to wait until then.
Do you fly on any online servers?

Oh and latest news from Aces High scroll down to New Aircraft Poll Results, Hubba bubba, going to take some serious badonkadonk'ing to turn that plane. :toke:

That looks pretty cool. Funny thing, that has probably the best ratio of defensive firepower to contemporary fighter firepower ever. Is there anything sensible one can bomb in ROF? I had the demo but uninstalled it.

Bombing would only be static targets atm I believe. There is no real Ground game here, but the graphics and sound and the challenge of flying the dang thing is why I got it. Plus in this day and time, I like to support any air sim that comes out that doesn't play Arcade mode and is a simulation , thus hard to learn. Oh and the other reason is, that it is currently, other than running 3-4 "Folding At Home" Scenarios, that I can find to make me computer work it's ass off.

Hopefully will get to spend more time with the Beast, as I'm calling it, Soon.

The Beast doesn't taxi for shiate, only way I've found is feathering the opposite engine which when not mapped can be a task,oh and if it's got brakes I ain't found them yet. I also still ain't figured out how to grab the mg's when in the gunners postions to shoot. Nor have I been able to create a MP mission so me and Pup can hook up together, they seem to only spawn fighters no matter what I choose.

Lot's to learn....
