why CRS created the game with one side having a medium bomber and the other with two light bombers?

What I wonder about more is:
After too many years in game without a comparable Medium Bomber to the HE111, why is it now we can't get our medium until a comparable model to the DB7 is modeled for the Axis. I say make them wait way too long for theirs just like we did.
