dan the only prob i can see wright now would be the power suply 250w.
the fx 5700 ultra or 9600xt is power hungry you will need at lest 350w or more for it.

and the other thing i see is that your mother board only can do 4x agp . the fx5700 ultra or 9600xt would bee better but it won't give full performance without 8x agp

dan the 9600xt is good but have same prob with agp slot and power suply
but it does dx9c better then 5700ultra

I dont recommend the 9600xt. I had an asus 9600xt and its performance in ww2ol was dismal. Currently have an msi 5900xt and it works great, one of the best bang for the buck cards in '04. Looks like the 6600gt agp is shaping up to be the best value card for '05, little over $200 on newegg.com .
