Four young pilots are given the chance to compete for the nine hours of operational training that a Battle of Britain pilot would have received and – in the only dual-seater Spitfire still in operation – find out exactly what it takes to become a Spitfire pilot

Spitfire Ace 1 of 4 - First Of The Few

Spitfire Ace 2 of 4 - Dogfight

Spitfire Ace 3 of 4 - Command And Control

Spitfire Ace 4 of 4 - The Greatest Day

btw: part two talks about convergence, in yards...

250 yards = 228.6 meters

150 yards = 137.16 meters

Collection of news reels honoring the 617 Sqd, one with Guy Gibson's wife
being interviewed is particularly sad in retrospect..

I heard good things about Dogfights! series, and thoroughly enjoyed that one of the P47.
Thanks for posting it. Now where the P38 or P40. ;)

Not to sure about the order here, and it gets a bit weird near the end, but still worth posting

Testing embeding a Youtube vid!

And it works....You simply need to add the code like this [ youtube ] video number [ /youtube ] (without the gaps)

It will also work with a google vid code is "[googlevid] Vid NUMBER[/googlevid]"

But to make it real easy I'll add the command lines so you all will be able to simply click the taps at the top, just like for img etc...

This is the same way it works in the playskool forums
